I think I have right location for hotel but due to some technical difficulties I cant grow
my bussiness...and i am looking for some technical HELP Please...?
1)50 years ago motel and 4/5 establishments built by mayer of town (served 20 years)still rest of the business gone but motel....nobody has any information who,when,how its built...no records...
2)motel has life of 25/30 more years still there...as this area has nothing to offer to 20000/day traffic..i wana improve but how ? (10 years dadication 24/7 single couple)
3) two neighbours create intense jungle around motel (its on highest ground highly visible to traffic)..that travellers is getting trouble to finding....(nobody find this motel)...!!! No law define business protection,solution
4) Area dont have ordinence ,any department care ...i dont wana fight but is there anyone one out there left to save ...important business..any solution ?
5) its not raciest to serve right place at right time ...when there is nothing to offer ...affordable motel between mt.vernon to effingham.(70 mile without basic need).i mean (we the people,By the people,For the people)
So far I try to get help from CITY (WATER,MAYER..) COUNTY (USDA,SBDA,JCDC,SBDC,FIRE,JULEE,COUNTY CLEARK...) STATE LEVEL--(SCORE,SBA,BUSSINESS.GOV,SBDC,ICC,...)
AND I came across your Department....THANKS...I strongly believe its not THAT hard to find resource and help in USA....To grow ,survive,save My bussiness ....THANKS.
